SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Sur-Ron eBikes, we understand the frustration of shipping charges. That’s why we offer FREE* Shipping for all clients in the USA and CANADA and offer a flat rate shipping fee of $500 for international clients and orders.

Please note that during peak seasons and shopping periods to expect slightly longer shipping times for bulky freight, ranging from 7 to 10 business days. While this is not typical, it can occur on rare occasions. Refer to our contact page for rough estimates.

For remote locations, islands or low freight service area’s across USA occasionally surcharges may apply, and we reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust shipping fees accordingly. Contact our friendly team for an accurate quote if you believe you may be subject to such charges.

We currently ship selected small items to Australia , New Zealand, the UK, Europe, and Asia. Please refer to the checkout for shipping prices, if there is no pricing please  contact our team for more accurate shipping quotes or shipping outside of these locations.

We do not deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockboxes unless prior arrangements are made with our team for small articles under 20kg – 50kg shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS.

We ship with DHL, FedEx or UPS and tracking numbers are made available once your package has been registered for shipping. Shipping within the USA takes just 2 days and 4-5 days to Europe, Australia and worldwide.

We recommend shipping to an attended address. If you’re unable to do so, consider having a friend, family member, or local bike store receive and/or assemble the product for you. Our services require a signature on delivery, and no items will be left at doorsteps. If you miss a delivery, you may be charged re-delivery fee’s.

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. If your order doesn’t arrive within 7 business days, please contact us at admin@surronsebike.com with your order number.

Estimated delivery dates, whether provided by us or our courier’s tracking network, are to be used as a guide only. Keep in mind that large items like scooters, bikes, or motorcycles may have longer delivery times due to manual handling and road transport.

All products are shipped securely boxed. Some items, such as bikes, are sent 100% assembled and may require professional assembly before use. Incorrect assembly may void your warranty.

Ensure your shipping information is correct and your address is attended by someone who can sign for your delivery. We cannot recover the cost of lost or stolen goods and/or re-delivery fees once we ship your order.

We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected to be, and in that unlike event we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. 

  • Once you receive a shipping notification, it is too late to cancel the order and you must request a return. 
  • We accept returns within 30 days of original ship date as long as the item is in the original sealed product box, unopened, and undamaged. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns
  • We may elect to not accept or authorize return of products that are not in their unopened, original packaging, or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components. 
  • Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete (including the “original sealed” product box, with the unit in its original packing materials) and undamaged. Your purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be refunded to you.  We do not refund any shipping costs.
